Hey guys, so apparently I'm having some troubles this week and wanted some info from you all. First off, I bought a SW Sigma .40, I just couldn't force myself to like the trigger and sold it the next day. I then searched high and low for a Smith and Wesson SD40 to no avail. I read all about it and how it was better than the Sigma, but not quite M&P. Luckily I found a small ACE hardware out here that sold firearms. They had the SD40 and I got it! It's an attractive gun and I love the trigger on it, but I didn't bother "shaking it when I bought it". I guess I was all excited about the purchase that my inspection abilities weren't as stringent. The slide rattles, alot. They're appears to be a fairly large gap between the slide rails/polymer of the frame. My Sigma didn't do this at all and was a very tight fitting gun. The Sigma is also a step down of the SD40. I also own a Bersa Thunder .380, that doesn't rattle all. I'm already thinking about selling it, or wanted to know if anyone else has an SD and doesn't have this problem, in that case I'll send it back. Thanks
