Congrats on the new gun, you will love the way it shoots. I've used mine in IDPA matches and it is a super shooter. Mec-Gar makes mags for them if you are looking for additional mags.

Only Taurus I ever owned that worked and was trouble free . I just never liked the feel of the pistol compaired to my 1911's So I gave to my son he carried the Beretta in Iraq and liked what it felt. Were both happy.

Congratulations on an excellent choice. Negative comments by Taurus haters not withstanding, the PT92 is an exceptional handgun - especially in its price range. I know Beretta owners may disagree, but I think the PT92 is even better than the 92FS. Good luck with your new toy!

Received one in the 80's as a christmas gift from my threee sons.
Still have but now used as a nightstand gun.Mine has a satin nickle finish and is a handsome piece. As it was a gift I'll never part with it.

Mine would keyhole lead bullets after the first few shots, tried every load varation there was with every hard cast lead bullet I could find. Sent it back to Tarus and they returned it with a new barrel, still keyholed. As the majority of my shooting is with lead bullets I gave up and now only shoot it a couple of times a year with the hollow point jacketed loads it is kept loaded with. Shoots just fine with those bullets.
