Thinking about a ria hi cap

I was planning on gettig a bhp today but it was sold. A hi cap ria caught my eye and I think it is just what I need to get over the hi power being sold I have a few question about it 1st The mag does not drop free and I was wondering about rock island's warranty I hear they are awesome in the cs dept. Will the honor a warranty if I am not the 1st owner?

I've had two of the high caps and they ran great. I wish I would of keep one but one day I decided to do some locker cleaning and off they went....big mistake. I installed MGM sights and cut the frame and installed a beaver tail.
