I just made my 100th post a few minutes ago on this thread: http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=195951
I must admit to having a smile spread across my face when I saw "Senior Member" and "Posts: 100" under my name. Further it was a great feeling to know that my 100th post contributed, if only by linking a previous thread with a very similar topic, to the potential defense of a lady for whom unarmed defense does not seem to a viable option. CCW007 I commend you for taking the time and effort to undertake helping a friend learn to effectively defend herself and home.
That lead me to start this thread. In my short time here thus far I have truly enjoyed the conversations I've read and/or participated in on these very forums. I feel truly blessed to have come into contact with and become a member of such a fine group of folks known as The High Road. Many thanks to those of you who have answered my questions and shared your knowledge. I also hope that my responses here have been of service to my fellow Highroaders. Its good to be here amongst y'all.
