That's messed up. That went into undamaged, secure houses where people were lawfully residing, disarmed them, and left them to fend for themselves.

Moral of the story: If you're ever in a similar situation, do not open the door for "rescuers"! You'll notice that they were not bashing down doors. The problem is that people opened the doors and invited them in. I don't know how to discribe them. I guess I would have to call them enemy troops or an enemy occupation force, because any troops operating on US soil to deprive US citizens of their rights and security are, by definition, enemy troops. Our military is supposed to keep such people out, not act as such people. What are we paying that defense budget for again, someone remind me please?

Old news but still disgusting.

That officer entering a closed door without a warrant. He should be the one arrested for forcible entry. The National Guardsman talking about feeling bad
about doing this in America....grow some cojones, quote the Constitution and
resign your commision. Otherwise you are part of the problem. Bad laws and illegal searches and seizures ordered by politicians are just hot wind, until someone with a badge and a gun carrys out those orders.

To quote the army officer: "you never expect to do this in your own country."

And this classic from a grunt: "You don't want to think about the things you're going to have to do, but if someone pops up from around a corner..."

Reporter: "you mean shoot an American?"

Army grunt: "Yeah."

Hmmmmmmm.
