I was watching all the old School House Rock Cartoons just for the hell of it when I notice that at 2 minutes and 18 seconds into "How a Bill Becomes a Law" an blatant violation of the first and most important rule of the four rules of firearm safety.

Wow

Have a look

It is at 2:18 in the video. I am sure I am not the first to notice this but thought I would share.

For those of you who dont want to watch the video

I love that program. We actually used at an MRF conference to show how a bill gets thru congress. The attendees actually watched the video w/o going out to smoke so they wouldn't fall asleep during the lecture. What is amazing most were hung over after a night riding to the numerous bars in E. Lansing.

No comments on this? Jesus, I thought it was funny just because I was tired. Nope. Still nuts.

ROFL.....how in the heck did you have the "old" schoolhouse videos? Did you tape them or something to save for later?

The entire collection was recently released on DVD. Pretty sure that's why the sudden surge of them on YouTube

Actually, it's not really a violation. Rule #2 describes not pointing a gun at anything you're not willing to destroy.

Well, I did an examination and was able to restore the video to its originally intended state. Here it is, and you can clearly see it is not a violation.
