Seems as though Ohio Rapid Fire had a receiver at one point. A gunshop I frequent has a VZ58 in stock(not the new single stack model). If everything goes according to plan I'll be stopping there on the way home from the range on Monday. I'll post my findings.

Ohio Ordnance Works has them and the U.S. made parts as well. They aren't cheap though. The receiver and U.S. parts will cost about $700. If you want a parts kit also from them it will be about $800 dollars. They also sell VZ 2000 rifles built from VZ58 kits for $1200.

Prexis also has a incomplete receiver but it requires welding and machining to finish it. You will also need part of your original receiver welded to it to finish it. I don't think Prexis has any U.S. made compliance parts either.

The VZ58 parts kits are cheap but building one isn't cheap. I also havn't seen any information on how to build one.

I've done a lot of reading on this, and if you compare the VZ58 to an AK, the Czech is considered a much higher class rifle than an AK. I've also read in a lot of different places how easy these are to build (easier than an AK). If you compare the price of a milled AK to a CZ58 (all are milled receiver), it's not that much of a price for a fine rifle. I'll have $745 into mine when I get it done (got in on CFS Thanksgiving day sale for the parts kit)
