Those guns are all new enough to be under full warrenty.
Call S&W/Walther and have them fix it.

S&W will probably pick up the shipping tab anyway, but if all it needs is an extractor, you can just mail the slide.

It's easy to tap the pin out and free the extractor. Got one for the lady since the slide is easy for her and the recoil is mild. After a couple hundred rounds this one is failing to extract about 20% of the time. This extractor looks like it was cut out on a band saw by a spastic retard and the feed ramp is as smooth as a washed out gravel road. Not real impressive workmanship. I'd like to get some spare parts before I start trying to polish and reshape things.

Update: Gun is back from warranty service with a new extractor that looks like an extractor and is working fine.
