I'm so glad I did. I bought a cm9 for summer pocket carry or mabey as a bug. I absolutley love this little thing. I broke it in with 100 federal champion fmj's, 150 wwb, and a box of pdx1 124 gr. +p. The only problem I had was the slide didn't lock back after an empty mag on the first to mags. After that it locked back fine.
I wasn't expecting to love this little gun, as my only pocket pistol experience was with my pf9's. The kahr put them to shame in every way. I won't bash them because they run flawless, but the quality of the kahr is far and away above kt. I just figured all pocket 9's snap real hard and feel funny in the hand. The kahr recoiled like my g26 and the grip was much more comfortable than on the kt.
I rarely leave the pistol range cheesing like a little boy on Christmas, but I sure did yesterday.:) I also couldn't believe how accurate it was, it was way more accurate than I was expecting considering it didn't have the polygonal rifling like the pm9(no spray and pray with this little gun). I was also doubting if I would like the sights but I actually like them better than a 3 dot set up or the glock set up.
Only complaint I have with it(and its not really a complaint) is that mags are hard to come by. All my lgs's, midway usa, and cheaper than dirt are all sold out.

They are great pistols for sure.
Try running some 147 grain ammo thru it and at least on my PM9,feels more subdued than the 124 grain Dolt dots I was running through it.

Second that on not being able to find any spare mags. Had a dealer check online so he could order some for me and none of his distributors had them either.

Try Ivanhoeoutlet.com for factory Kahr mags.
Cheapest place I have found yet.

I tried there this morning and they do have good prices, but they only have .40 and .45 mags.

My lgs said the same thing. He told me to look on his walls at all the empty pegs, there was a lot of them. He said things are getting semi tough to get a hold of but that was to be expected.

I wanted and I almost shot one of my boxes of 147 gr gold dots through but had second thoughts because speer gold dots are hard to find in my area, very hard. All three lgs around me are stuck on Hornady.

Yes you can purchase magazines from Kahr.
But as usual you will find online retailers cheaper.

thefamcnaj, why dont you order ammo online?
You will find everything you need and again, usually at a cheaper price.

Congrats on your new Kahr. I have a CM9 and a CW9. Both have been great pistols with no problems at all. I had a CW45 that was a good gun too.

i have the PM45, i to like bar-dot sight picture, very fast on target.

I too recently joined the club, but unfortunately my new CW45 is back at Kahr because of some major trigger reset issues. I took it to the range and probably 40 out of 50 shots I had to manually push the trigger forward to get it to reset. :( On a good note, I loved the way it shot and the recoil was nothing compared to what I expected. Can't wait to get it back and finish putting it through the break-in period.
