What are some good single shot pistols to look at?

Thinking about adding a single shot pistol to the mix, wondering what were some good ones to look at. Right now eyeing the Lyman great plains pistol.

Those are good ones. I know first hand that their rifles are excellent.

My Pedersoli LePage .36 with set trigger is a joy to shoot.

Don't overlook a smoothbore. I like mine:

Pedersoli Harpers Ferry .54 smoothbore percussion. They sell them at Dixie Gun Works.

I had a Traditions Trapper pistol in .50, it had a 'saw-handle' grip, it was a nice accurate companion to my Traditions Hawken. My son borrowed it some years ago......

A +1 on the Lyman. A friend had one as companion to his Great Plains Rifle. Accurate and well-made.
