What can I expect to pay for once fired 45acp and 223

you should be able to find 45 acp (you may have to ask around), 223 will be harder

Don't need to trim 45.

I've seen 1000 rounds of .223 brass going for over $200, which is crazy.

I've seen 45 acp brass go as high as $75 per 1000. 223? good luck

Amazingly, I have over 700 .223 from going to the range. The vast majority of folks do not save their brass, and give it to me (to clean up) for the asking. Same with 45acp, though I bought a couple thousand rounds of that for about $50 per thousand.
