What Is The Best Training Course

Hum what is the best self defense course? It is one that you learn from. I have yet to go thru a course of training that I agreed with every thing they trained, or felt that some portion of the training was not for me. I have also not been to a course that I have not learned something. Take as much as you can afford, you can never have enough tools in your tool box. If you have a specific style of training go for it. There is not a best school of thought or training out there. Train, train and train some more.

please learn the difference between concealment and cover and how to use them:

cover is realative to what is being shot at you, that is an easy way to remember it.
