What is the last gun that you bought?

S&W 66-1 .357 K-frame, square butt, target sights. Minty. $250. Yes, I am a miracle worker. I do very well when buying new or used cars, too.

Bought a lightly used Sig 1911 Scorpion from a sheriff buddy of mine ran a magazine though it an put it away. When I asked about it he said it was for sale 800.00. Bought it going to go shoot it later today

1911

Kimber Warrior. Been wanting a full size 1911 for a while  Now I just gotta break it in at the range.

1911

The camera never lies. For pete's sake break that thing down and clean it. if there is that much rust on the outside the insides are probably no better.Be good to your kimber.

Well, two actually. Last week finally got a hold of a S&W shield in 9mm and last month picked up a CZ75 SP01 Tactical. Suppossed to have 50 degree weather all weekend so hopefully I can get some trigger time on the shield.

Sarsilmaz K2 14+1 .45acp.

I love the 1911 and consider it one of the highlights of my modest collection (JMB was a genius!).

That said, I have always wanted a Hi-Cap .45acp but could not afford something like the FN model @$1200. So because I have had so much luck with Turkish made guns of late (both handguns and shotguns) I decided to pick up the SAR K2 for $521. Extremely solid well made great shooter built like a tank. Has a bit of a CZ feel to it as well.

1910 FN Browning. First year production. Mechanically perfect...finish VG+. And it was cheap, too.

Saturday the 24th I went to Academy Sports. I saw a nice M1A1 in .308 in a synthetic stock ....$1600. Too much....but still a NICE gun...maybe someday.
But I also found a Citadel M1-22. This is a near exact copy of the venerable WW2 GI issue M-1 carbine. This one in a synthetic stock. And in .22RF so it's way cheaper to shoot than the original (I do actually have one of those too).
This has a adjustable rear sight which will make it nice for target and plinking.
I ordered an M-1 Carbine sling & oiler from CHEAPER THAN DIRT Sunday and it arrived yesterday evening. Fits like a charm.
A nice gun! Now I can actually afford to shoot my carbine! ;)
