What magazines are best for use in my Colt Defender?

Just got it. Want to replace the factory magazines with some nice, reliable aftermarkets. Do any of you fellow Defender owners have suggestions? I use the WC compact 7 rounders in my OACP's. Are these a good choice for Defender as well?

Hard to beat Colt mags. Am assuming your Colt mag has the plastic follower. I'd suggest you stick with them unless you're having feeding problems. If your Defender is like the one I had, its an alloy frame and the typical metal follower will put a ding in the frame. I never had a feed/function problem with the Colt mag.

Colt mags work great in mine and a like the flush fit. I've used Wilson at the range with no problems either, so if they're your general preference try them out.

I've never had an issue with the factory mags on mine, except for that time I pinched my hand slamming it in... Is there some known (or Interweb made up) issue with them?

My wife's SA Micro Compact Operator likes the Wilson Combat 7-rounders. Wilson's synthetic follower is 'alloy frame friendly'.
