What not to do with a gun

Have any of you seen this video? I do not own a ccw permit but I'm pretty sure shes doing it wrong. Isn't it really bad to pull a gun over a simple argument?

This site is to discuss the legal and ethical use of firearms.

What we see in the video is neither of those things. Since this isn't Strategies and Tactics the legal question is pretty obvious, this was a crime and that's that.
