What's the best ammo for my guns?

I have a Glock .40 S&W, S&W J-Frame, Bersa .380, and an HK .45 what are the best SD loads for all of them?
 
yeah arent hollow points standard for SD rounds? anything else and you are putting innocent by standers at a much greater risk.
 
For the J frame:

Speer "Gold Dot" 135gr JHP+P
Winchester "White Box" 125gr JHP+P
Winchester "Silvertip" 110gr JHP
Federal "Gold Match" 148gr wadcutter
