I am having some issues with a Cannon safe that is just over a year old. The electronic lock won't open on the first try, often not on the second. I've called Customer Service several times, and they keep telling me to change the battery, adjust the battery contact tabs, etc., but none of this is working. I need to talk to someone about getting this fixed, but the last two times I called (in early December) and left a message, no one called back. I called a couple days ago and the tech support line goes straight to a message saying the mailbox is full, please call again later.
Does anyone know what's up with Cannon? I thought they were a reputable company, and bought a safe on that basis, so I'm confused about why I'm getting such slow customer service.
Thoughts?
