So I am out of work for a week due to recovery from surgery and decided that I would reorganize the rifles. So being bored and not being able to shoot I shot some pictures instead. So here is my rifle collection.

My firearm collection goal is to have at least one firearm of each major action type so if I get the urge to shoot bolt I can, semi auto I can, lever I can etc. I have no desire to be tactical and have no illusions about using a firearm in violence. My collection goals center around the fun. More specifically I would like to have a centerfire version and a rimfire version of each. I think I am on my way to having a nicely diversified collection of long arms.

So here are some snapshots of the long guns.

Here are the evil black ones sure to give the soccer mommies palpatations. Look close boys and girls them be A2 AR15s without any tacticoool goodies hanging off of them. That's right I am a high drag low speed kind of guy and proud of it.

Evil black and evil wood. Somehow the USC didn't make it into this picture but this is the sum of my evil.

For the Crown I keep a couple of Enfields. The NO4 is one sweet shooting gun.

Nothing like a good ole' 12 bore to run any potential goblins off.

Pick a pair of lever guns. The top one is a Marlin 39A Golden and the bottom is a pre 64 Winchester thutty thutty. The thutty thutty was my grandfathers gun and holds a lot of sentimental value in addition to the fact that it is a great shooting firearm.

My precision trio. The CZ Varmint at the front has the sweetest trigger of any rifle I have ever fired.

Doesn't get much more 'Merican than this boys. Springfield, Inland and Colt.

Old school plinking here. A good ole' lever .22 and a pre 64 Winchester .22 pump. The Winny was my great Uncle's and like my other pre 64 Winchester both shoots well and holds lots of sentimental value.

Below we can see how a perfectly useable and affordable plinker like the Ruger 10/22 can Jekyl and Hyde into six hundred dollar tack driver. Pay special attention to the stainless one on the bottom it is completely unmodified.....don't see many of those do ya. :D

Here are a few C&R beauties.

Every gun nut should have at least one good quality air rifle.

A) I hope you're recovering well from your surgery and it wasn't anything terribly serious.

B) *drool* homina homina homina

That was a great presentation and a very nice, well rounded collection.

Since you seem to be having trouble storing your collection, I would be more than happy to hold on to a few of those for you. I have some empty space in the safe that needs to be filled anyway, so really, it is no trouble at all. :D

You got me, I'm thinking here's a member in need of some advice. My wife thinks you are sick, but men are from mars and women are from venus.
Can I have the M-4. Thank God you are out of Maryland!!
