I have been looking around online and locally for quite some time to find a Finnish M39 (Finland's Mosin-Nagant). However, my search has not turned up many results.

Does anyone know where I can find one? I understand that they cost more than a typical 91/30 and are more rare.

I am fascinated with this rifles accuracy and how the Finn's can refine such a tool.

Well, gunbroker turned up some results for me. But I was really looking for a website similar to JG Sales or AIM Surplus that sells them.

Be ready to spend $400 for a really nice one. And no doubt it would be worth it. A very accurate rifle with nice open sights.
I recommend the Sellier Bellot 180 gr SP . They will knock down any big game in N AMerica as long its within reasonable distance and right placement.

I've just never used gunbroker. I know its like ebay but I don't know how their buyer protection works.

They did have some decent ones though.

Thanks for he links people.

I second Empire Arms.
They're been around for some time and have a good reputation.

Though the antique M39s at http://www.gunsnammo.com/ look good too.

I have some antique ones, and a 1967 "sneak" M39.

The M39 is DEFINITELY among the best of the Mosin Nagants.
