Which Sig to buy next?

Looking to add something for my Sig collection. A NIB W. German P226 or a NIB non-rail P229 .40?

And how does one obtain a new in box 226 made in Germany? Is there a specific source (vendor) for these guns, and how much more do they cost?

No sure way. You have to look in classifieds of boards like this. The Sigforum. Gunbroker... etc.

They are out there IMHO you are much better off looking for a LNIB something that has been shot but well cared for a looks NIB.

I'll be getting mine from a guy who basically collects Sig pistols exclusively, he actually owns 2 of each Sig classic P-series. But you can try sigforum's classified section, local gun stores/classifieds or gun broker.

Sorry guys, my bad... what I'll be getting instead is a P226 that has the slide markings "Made in Germany." At least it is still a pure German bred P226, what I always wanted to have
