Who Makes My Dream Middy Upper or Backup!?

My DREAM complete AR upper has a quality medium contour 1:9 twist 18" barrel with a longer true mid-length gas system (not just one where there is a separate gas block and front sight base) that still let's you put a bayonet on the end where the bullet comes out. Doesn't seem to exist (irregular gas tube/handguard length)...

I might even settle for a medium contour 16" true middy (which should have no problem taking a bayonet) that has no faster than 1:8 twist.

I am hoping not to spend the money for a custom solution. Anyone make what I'm looking for?
