Who manufactures the AR-15 upper & lower receivers?

I keep reading that Continental Machine Tool (CMT) is one of them..

Who else makes them for the big names in the AR-15/M16 market?

That looks a lot like a list that I saw over at ARFCOM, but I don't have a link.

EDITED TO ADD: I didn't find it; my old bookmark leads to a main page. Wish I'd been useful. :eek:

I can vouch for Lauer having been made by Lewis Machine & Tool (LMT), at least when I bought mine.
