OK so we conquered Iraq. We supposedly will 'help them put their own government in place', We supposedly do not want their oil. No mention that I've heard of who will control the banking and economy. Isn't that a significant issue?

The real estate is irrevelant if you've got the banks. Control the currency and control the country. Can anyone enlighten me on this?
