Why has no one filed impeachment papers for this President?

Maybe I am being naive, but Clinton was impeached for having sex while in office. That only dealt with himself and his family, it would seem that this president has gone far enough with his unconstitutional trampeling on our Constitution, that someone in power should have filed impeachment proceedings against him?
Why has no attorney looking to make a name for himself or legislator who is a lame duck, filed charges against him? Are they that afraid of someone coming after them in the middle of the night.
He has to have broken some laws during his reign of terror and error over the last 4 years.
Just saying, how far does he need to go before people wake up?
It's like watching a bad, long, movie that you can't leave. Is it going to take him leading us to the edge of the cliff, before the wake up. We are pretty close, and the stock market keeps rising. This is becoming a a"perfect storm" scenario, printing money and supporting people who never worked by those who did, taking away all of our rights, Govt run everything. And he doesn't try to hide it, he takes elaborate vacations and hires dissidents to his cabinet, communists, theives, ministers who openlly support our enemys, and americans still sit quietlly by.

This doesn't seem very high road nor does it seem to belong in the legal section but I'll bite anyway.

Impeach him for what? Bill Clinton was impeached for lying about the affair not for having the affair. What has Obama done that you feel is impeachable?

IMHO it would never happened.
Everybody terrified of being accused in racism. And that main point.
If somebody will raise voice to say something - media immediately will claim that he/she is racist and that would be the end of someone carrier.
May be I'm wrong, and someone still brave enough to stand up ad tell - "who is who" but so far no such hero.

Clinton was not impeached for having sex. As the highest law enforcement official and chief executive, he was impeached after evidence was discovered, proving that he had committed perjury in court while under oath, multiple times and their was strong evidence of attempts to influence or threaten witnesses in the civil cases filed against him.

A president can be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors. "Trampeling on our Constitution" is apparently not one. Constitutionally, the President, as chief magistrate, has the authority to make his own determination of Constitutionality, subject to SCOTUS review if a case reaches that far.
