Personally I would get a standard pistol or revolver and just replace the grip or grip panels, plenty of options out there.

Pink and less recoil??? Charter Arms has a 12ounce 32 H&R magnum that fills all specifications listed, Make sure it is new manufacture as they have improved greatly in the last year or so. 32 mag is easy to reload, stock grips are not bad, price is right for light practice and self defense gun, noise level is down, lighter recoil in factory ammo, have her see if a Charter lightweight fits her hand in a 38 then you can be sure of her acceptance if you order the 32 mag
