Does anyone know what the standard front sight height is on a Winchester 1894 top eject (1981 model)??? I know the one that is on it is less than .500 from the top of the bead to the base of the dovetail portion. I am looking to get a taller one to compensate for the elevation of the Hornady leverevo. What would be a good height to get? I will still use the existing ramp. Thoughts on fiberoptic stle???? Thanks.....
