Winchester Wildcat?

Can someone tell me a little bit about this gun. The one I saw has a heavy barrel.

this is the TOZ78 rifle, made in russia, imported by winnie.it is a unique little rifle, it has rear express sites, so cool! it has 4 of 5 mags that come with it, they are loaded into a slant body case, so you can actually hold it right there for balance, now will it get hung up on the mag, when humping around in the woods.
Accuracy is outstanding, but the wood can be hit or miss, after all, fine finishing is not high on the list for the russians to do...
TOZ makes several versions of 22 rifles, and centerfires as well...
