Winchester WinClean in .38 Special

Does Winchester no longer make WinClean ammo in .38 Special?

It is no longer an option on CheaperThanDirt's web site (where I used to buy it), and on the Winchester web site it is not on a list of WinClean ammo that includes .357, .45, and 9MM (but no .38).

If Winchester no longer makes it, does any other manufacturer make .38 ammo that does what WinClean does -- or claims to do: that is, eliminate airborne lead and barrel leading?
