XD9 Subcompact?

A co-worker has a XD9 subcompact for sale for $300. Is this deal too good to pass up? Can anyone think of any reason not jump on this?

I think thats a great price for that gun. Just make sure you do a funcationality test on it and there aren't any major flaws in it. Any cosmetic flaws on it gives you more bargining room

I was just in a class with a fellow who had one. He loved it, it fired about 700 rounds flawlessly right out of the box. Made me a little envious as my Kimber had some teething problems.
