Has anyone else had this happen to their XDS .45?
It happened twice yesterday. Stopped just short of battery after the 1st shot. Both times, a swift tap on the bottom of the magazine made it go into battery.
Another time, still yesterday, the trigger did not reset after a shot. I racked the slide, ejected the live round, and the trigger reset.
I have put well over 500 rounds through this gun. FMJ and HP.
Have also had a few (3-5) light primer strikes.
This gun is rapidly proving itself not worthy of protecting my life. I hate that, because its a dream to shoot, and more accurate than any compact or subcompact that I own. But, I can't ignore the facts.
I'd really like to hear of anyone else's experiences with the XDs .45
Thanks in advance,
-Jeff
