My old war horse of a 4" S&W model 19-3. Nothing fits my hand better than a Smith K frame.

Currently with Altamont "ivory." I love the look & can't afford the real thing.

Hmmm. I have:

Colt M1849 Pocket Revolver, .31 caliber.

Colt Officer's Model Target in .22 LR -- one of Colt's best

Colt Detective Special -- a nice gun to drop in your pocket as you go out the door.

Colt M357, which I carried and used in Viet Nam

Colt SAA (Second Edition) in .357.

Colt New Service in .45 Colt

The only one I don't shoot is the M1849 cap-and-ball. Out in the woods, I mostly carry either the OMT or the New Service. And since I usually carry my Colt Woodsman in preferance to the OMT, I guess I'd have to pick the New Service as my favorite revolver.

Tough call--
Favorite for carry would have to be my recently aquired S&W mod. 19-3 P&R
2.5"bbl rd butt. Beautiful shape picked up from an estate sale.

That's like asking a polygamist, which wife is his favorite? I really like my S&W 317; and my Colt Trooper Mark III; and my S&W 28-2; and my Ruger SP101 3”; and my Ruger Single Six 22; and, and, and…

>>Smith & Wesson Model 14 K38 Target Masterpiece.
Because it puts the lead on the target every time.<<

Great choice, and was the first handgun I ever owned...back in 1963! :)
