At this point, it is very important to call and write your representatives and tell them to vote NO on the illegal alien amnesty bill.

You can find contact information here: http://www.house.gov

what am i supposed to tell my senators?? Vote to the left all you want, because next election your asses are on the street? what can i do with these damned rinos??

Something smells south of cheese here folks , I'm getting sick and tired of are TWO party system ! :fire:

Wow, what a surprise that the Sector Bosses, er, Senators voted this way.
Next thing you know they'll forget that there were once local political units within States called "Counties" --oh, dang, they already did:

SEC. 106. CONSTRUCTION OF STRATEGIC BORDER FENCING AND VEHICLE BARRIERS.

(a) Tucson Sector- The Secretary shall--

(1) replace all aged, deteriorating, or damaged primary fencing in the Tucson Sector located proximate to population centers in Douglas, Nogales, Naco, and Lukeville, Arizona with double- or triple-layered fencing running parallel to the international border between the United States and Mexico;

<snip>

(b) Yuma Sector- The Secretary shall--

Gee, I guess we do have "Sector Bosses" now.....;)

I received this today in my email from an individual. I think each and every Represenitive should recieve a copy of it before they have their vote on the same subject, to remind them we are here..

Don't know if this impacts ALL of you to whom I'm
sending this, but if one or both of your Senators
voyed "Aye" on this bill, you might want to let know
them how you feel.

Subject: SEND THIS TO EVERY ONE YOU KNOW

THESE ARE THE SENATORS WHO VOTED TO GIVE ILLEGAL ALIENS SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS. REGARDLESS OF POLITICAL PARTY, THESE POLITICIANS NEED TO BE DEFEATED IN 2006, 2008 OR 2010 WHENEVER THEY COME UP FOR OFFICE. SEND THIS TO ANYONE YOU KNOW IN ANY OF THE STATES LISTED. THE ENTIRE POPULATION OF THE UNITED STATES NEED TO KNOW THIS INFORMATION. THAT IS UNLESS THEY DO NOT MIND SHARING THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY WITH FOREIGN WORKERS WHEN AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE BEING LEFT OUT.

both of mine nelson, martinez, voted for it.

next election i'm doing my part to fire them.

Nelson was to be expected being a good little liberal. I'm a little surprised at Martinez though. I WILL be supporting Katherine Harris for the Senate in November. I watched every minute of the 2000 election debacle, and IMHO, Harris was simply carrying out the election laws of Florida. It was the press that maligned her, her reputation and even her physical appearance. In addition to the nitwits on the FL Supreme Court arbitrarily changing the rules in favor of Gore's cherry picked hand recounts.

I think Harris has more b***s then either Nelson OR Martinez.

:cuss: [rant] BTW if I hear Nelson referred to as an "astronaut" again, I'm going to barf. Hey, he flew in the space shuttle....that doesn't make him an astronaut, it makes him cargo. I've flown in airplanes before, it doesn't make me a pilot![/rant] :cuss:

Damn, where's my meds!

Imagine that, Mikulski & Sarbanes voted for it.

I've spoken to several people who live here in the Sheeples Republik of Maryland who echo my sentiments, and I have yet to meet a person who actually voted for these a**hats. Unless folks are in denial like when WJClinton was elected..."I didn't vote for him" statements abound.:barf:

I sent a letter to Both of them & am currently working on one for my HR folks-hopefully they will vote against it, but somehow I doubt that will happen. Sucks to be us in the US of A at the moment.:fire: :cuss: :banghead:

"Lieberman is in a pretty stiff fight. Too bad he went left on this. Guess he's trying to secure primary votes in August or something?

Lieberman is a left wing incumbent. You are surprised he "went left" on this, after his disingenous run for V.P. with Al "run for the hills, it's global warming" Gore?

Lieberman is not in a stiff fight over this issue. He is simply competing for a spot in order to continue wallowing at the hog trough he and his family and financial supporters have lived off of for twenty some-odd years. That is not a stiff fight.

A stiff fight is what folks like the Sheriff of Webb County, Texas (and the residents of that area, along with that Sheriff's deputies) are engaged in.

A stiff fight, would be what they have reported, such as being shot at with RPG's by the Mexican military personnel, when they are assisting drug traffickers to retrieve their dope when the Sheriff's officers do their jobs.

A stiff fight, is a Sheriff reporting the fact that over twenty U.S. citizens have died in that area due to the ongoing border war, and the mainstream News Media fails to report it on a nationwide basis, regardless of his pleas that they cover those fire fights. That, is what I would term, a "stiff fight".

A stiff fight, was engaged in by the long dead victims of these "migrants who just want to step outside the shadows" such as Rafael Resendez-Ramirez, who killed NINE UNITED STATES CITIZENS. Here is one link to information on this "undocumented migrant" the left would have granted U.S. Citizenship to under this bill, had he not been enticed to give himself up out of Mexico, by Drew Carter, of the Texas Rangers: http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/director_staff/public_information/publications/chaparral/chap0899.pdf

Lieberman's "stiff fight" consists of stabbing every American citizen in the back while trying to convince ignorant voters, who support him to re-elect him for several more years of hog trough feeding/wallowing.

His struggle, is to continue adding to the revisionist history/white guilt complex that convinces his supporters to continue to allow him to harm America as a whole.

Stiff fights, Lieberman reserves for American citizens living down on the Rio Grande, who constantly have their homes invaded by illegals and coyotes crossing them.

This Lunatic inspired bill even includes an earned income tax credit for these invaders, along with allowing them to choose three out of five years they "prefer" to report income taxes on, after their GOD-#$%^&! blanket amnesty kicks in. Try calling your local IRS office and inquire is it okay if you only report three out of every five years of your income, and see if you aren't staring out at the world from inside the "GreyBar Hotel".

Lieberman (and every other political hero on that voted for the bill list) swore an oath to "preseve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States" upon taking office. He along with every other one voting for this, lied.

He is only interested in preserving, protecting, and defending his own incumbency, by agreeing to every socialist, stupid-@#^$^ propoasal Ted Kennedy, John McCain, Hillary Clinton, Chuck Schumar, and George W. Bush manage to somehow ejaculate.

They purposefully, and openly did this to ensure 12 million new illegal invaders will legally vote, on a ballot printed in Spanish (regardless of the rule that all "immigrants learn English, along with our history) Socialist candidates such as him, Schumer, Clinton, Spector. McCain, and Kennedy. And you are surprised he "went left"?

Not only is this a blanket amnesty, this bill allows the invader to decide whether they wish to return to Mexico if they haven't illegally resided in the United States for a continuous five year period. (As if these invaders are going to read this bill, and say "Darn, I've only broken U.S. law for four and a half years. I am going to go back to Monclova, pursuant to instructions from U.S. Senator Joe Liebermann)

My guess, is if they are willing to enter the country illegally, they will probably (oh horror of horrors) tell a lie and state they have been here for five. Then, they get amnesty, U.S. Citizenship, and handed a ballot printed in Spanish. Oh by the way, for everyone who thinks I am a racist because I mentioned ballots in Spanish, my wife of 25 years is Hispanic and my two kids are half Hispanic.

I'm not surprised Lieberman "went left on this". He has been "left" on every issue known to man, with the exception of protecting Israel. That is the only sensible position the man has ever taken to my knowledge, and I have watched him warble and flip flop about issues for years.

I for thirty five years, have voted Republican, thinking they were going to stand up for a Representative Republic, only to see them constantly give a majority rule I voted them, to left wing socialists in order to not be perceived as "partisan".

Partisanship, is exactly why we sent them there. To represent our party platform.

But in all future elections, I will vote for a Constitutional party or Libertarian party candidate, until such time as one of these two so called political parties come to their senses. I urged Cornyn and Hutchison to work to remove Spector from the Judiciary Committee, when we had the chance. They didn't, believing his lies about straightening up and flying right.

He has flown left wing, ever since. So since they ignored us, even though they voted against this bill, I predict Cornyn and Hutchison and Lamar Smith will lose their offices when the time comes.

They are supposed to represent Americans. Instead, they represent every thing in the world, but Americans.

Harrumph.

DeWine & Voinovich both voted yea.

Why am I not surprised at the votes of The R.I.N.O. Twins ? ? ?

Well said, Ira. I too am disgusted with the GOP and will likely be voting third party.
It might not be a Bad Thing if the GOP loses the House.

Same here, the vote is our weapon therefore we must use it against those
who do not listen, short term it may hurt us however without a third party
I see no other way.:banghead:

Well, that is Leiberman's out. Although relatively moderate, he is in the end a Democrat. In a case of a vote close to unanimous among Democrats, it should be little surprise how he votes.

He is also part of the gang of 14, most Democrats (5 of 7) of which voted for the bill. This group takes a position or formulates a stalemate to prevent or end filibusters.

Lieberman is up for reelection and will need to appear to be the good little Democrat. Should these people be completely accountable for how a party system compromises them as individuals? Independence is admirable only under certain circumstances. Before you can do any good, you have to get elected.

I\m so proud to be a New Yorker.

Neither of my Senators voted for Amnesty. OKOKOK. A senior moment, there. The glorius Hitlery and the idiotic Chucky naturally voted against America yet another time.

It's time for a third symbol for the parties. Jackass for Dems. OK. Slow, overweight dumb animal for the Reps. OK. How about a Rhino for the RINOs.

I'm SOOO proud to be a Georgian right now! NEITHER of my Senators voted for amnesty! Now, to get the house to block this...which should be an even bigger fight I'll bet.

Tom

I was thinking of sending each of Boxer and Feinstein a purse of 30 nickels. You know, they sold us out, might just as well get their silver pieces, roughly the same size and outlook. Then I realized I'd still be giving them $1.50, which is far more than they deserve. :)

BWAHAHAHHA!!! Pity real sliver is actually valuable, I'd send a bag to Salazar. Hmmmm... how about 30 washers or the like, each with this image glued to it? Along with a note "For faithful service"

I have to move out of NY,I'm embarrassed to be associated with Clinton & Schumer as my Senators. :barf: Even Republicans here are really just Democrats in disguise. Just like MA with Kennedy, NY just keeps on relecting Schumer and similar types at all the levels of government.Things don't look so good for our Country right now.
