Anyone know a source for smaller-sized safety glasses? My 3 year-old can't wear any of mine without them falling off his face and making the shooting muffs not fit right.
We had the best luck using safety glasses that had elastic straps, rather than ones with ear pieces - the straps tended to stay on better and were less likely to foul up the muffs.
Not sure about a 3 year old, but the boy scouts may sell some sort of child safety glasses at a scout store. Maybe the company that makes the Davy Crickkit would have them too.
I like the idea of the elastic strap... I don't see any like that on Midway. I wonder if any of the local chains (Gander, Dicks, etc.) will carry something that will work.
Try a welding supply house and look for Uvex Safety Eyewear. They have several styles that have adjustable ear pieces (they slide in and out). They even have a model designed to be worn over top of reagular eyeglasses. They should be in the $6-7 price range.
