Yugo M57 sights adjustable?

Gun fires low and left, and groups fairly well at 15 feet. The front and rear sights appear dovetailed and I wonder if they can be adjusted for windage... anyone know for sure and if so, the method?

They are dovetailed so I imagine it's much like adjusting the dovetailed sights on any other pistol.

Yep. called a brass punch and hammer, or a 'drifting' punch, or maybe just a "handgun sight adjustment tool"
the one I'm thinking of looks kinda like a vise with a screw that drifts the site.
