Yugo SKS front sight removal

Anyone know how to remove the whole front sight and bayonet lug on a yugo sks...I took the grenade launcher off and want that off also...i am trying to lighten up the gun as much as possible.....I already purchased a scout scope mount and scope for it...figure I dont need the irons anymore...
