Onmilo, Ron, the Zastava 70 has nothing to do with the pistols you are talking about.
The CZ you mention is Ceska Zbrojovka, used to be in Czechoslovakia. This is Crvena Zastava, which was in Yugoslavia. Zastava M70 is not related to any Walther at all, the only thing they got in common is that they are both pistols. It is also not related to CZ-50.
Zastava M70 can be best described as a baby Tokarev. It has the same modular firing mechanism, but no breech locking. The trigger is stamped steel, also like Tokarev. It's a heavy steel pistol, which makes the recoil negligible. The trigger isn't the greatest, though.
