I'm going to have a need for a shoulder holster this summer. It won't be used often, as I vastly prefer belt holsters and have a few IWB and OWB to choose from. The occasion is a several state road trip. The pistol is a 1911.
Since it won't be used much, it'll probably just be my "road trip" holster, I'm considering two bargain bin holsters. Barsony and Tagua. I know they're not great. But they are also half the cost of a higher quality shoulder rig. I've seen reviews of each brand, but can anyone compare the two?

Both can be had for about $105-$110 on the 'net, so cost between the two is negligible. If I'm going to spend the money, I may as well get the better of the two, even if it's still not a lot.
If i planned on carrying in a shoulder holster more often, I'd spring for an Original Jackass rig by Galco. But this is probably going to be a once or twice a year thing. Thanks.
