I would have never expected to see an ulu blade blank. I would have bought at least one of those just for the novelty of it. I use a cheap ulu to cut frozen chicken and I love it. I want a larger version that I can get 2 hands on for tougher frozen meats.

Sure would be nice to see a show like that down here in paradise (south Florida)... They'd have to chase me off at closing time each day...
