Most of us still carry some form of Glock in .40. Mine is a 35, while 22s dominate with 23s right behind. There are Beretts 92Fs, a fw 3rd gen Smiths and a few M&Ps and SIGs. Other agencies are staying with Glocks by and large, mostly the 22.
I have a friend who just became a small town police chief (19 officers) who issued SIG 320s to his guys, and he's a Glock armorer. He said that they had such an array of weapons, some that desperately needed to be replaced, that it was just easier, and made everybody happy.
