No doubt. I think m going to have to. I’ve got a couple other M4 style AR’s but that 20” model is my favorite. I’ve thought about trying to cover it in some clear paint or something but I’m scared to mess it up.
Id probably go ahead and clear coat it and use it.....but thats me.
Cool as all get out for sure.

K98ks with a P'08 and P'38

Would like to see the crests on those k98s?? They look very nice

The lower rifle is a dot 44 the top rifle is a MilTech refurbished and a worse mistake than a Mitchell Mauser as to value versus price. You'll note the stock is an Israeli made one.

I was unaware of MIltech 98s till you mentioned them.. So did some looking.. got alot of opinions let me ask you what you thought of them???

Would you ever get another?? I my self never get into the refurbed rifles.. But if the price is lower I would like to get a Mitchels for the mell of it and because I so not have one.. Any thing that shoots 8mm Mauser can not be bad...:)

I inherited the rifles.
The MilTech was terrible. but looked nice from a distance. Scrubbed of most acceptance stamps and a big gouge across the top of the receiver. The stock was an Israeli replacement. No way worth $650 20 plus years ago.
Aren't the Mitchell's all sold out?
I has a 48 nice solid rifle but nothing more.

Mitchell's is done for now, but there is the secondary market, and the price can be lower there.. yeah I know Mitchells have some collectors issues, but I always look at them as the kind of rifle you would get someone that wanted a clean military war rifle that does not care about the history that much.. at the time I did not want one, but they are nice eye candy.
