Anyone ever used this?

No, I have not.
But I think that there could be some drawbacks with it.

Smokin'Joe made a "similar" cylinder loader that is so amazingly simple that you've got to see it to believe it. --->>> https://www.thehighroad.org/index.p...red-one-of-these-loaders.576127/#post-7121933
It loads 3 balls at a time but only as deep as the face of the cylinder.
But it could load 6 balls with more effort.
To ram the balls any deeper would require an extra step such as using the frame mounted ram, a starter, or a dowel.
But using filler might negate needing an extra step to ram the balls deeper.

I clicked on this thread just because I was curious. To answer the question, "no." I didn't even know what it is. When I saw it my first thought was that it is a sight tool, then I thought a bicycle chain tool. Then I wondered if I could use my chain tool to adjust sights? Anywho....

I'm intrigued. Are there any videos out there showing such a device in use?

There's a youtube video on the RMC product page. --->>> https://rmcoxyoke.com/product/quick-6-revolver-loading-stand/

Rmc oxyoke makes really good stainless nipples...a really hard easy cleaning stainless, problem is that they are so small they only fit CCI 10s or home made caps. If only they made them to fit remington 10s and 11s. They make pretty great quality nipple wrenches too...its the steel they use fot their products that make them great

Why not copy a reloading press and just have a wierd “die” on top and an emulated arbor pin on the ram? Shoot empty, remove, powder each chamber, ball each chamber, ka-thunk, grease cylinders to avoid chains, reload, cap, repeat.

Might be able to hook a power drill to one - to really speed it up.
That was my thought. This Gismo is interesting, mostly being I think consistency in loading is an overlooked aspect of bp accuracy. Compression and seating depth primarily. This seems like it would make it possible to tighten up those parameters.

Think I can ram 6 with single stroke as fast as you could screw it down and back.
How many different fittings for different cylinders?
A single stroke can do 6 or 5 of all cylinders.

I have one - it's ok. I'd rather a Tower of Power.
Screwing it down gets annoying.
That's the first thing that I thought seeing it. I'm thinking I can seat each separate easier than screw it down plus can feel the amount of pressure I'm applying.

I just want to ask, is there an obvious advantage to using these over a one banger??? They do look nice cool.

The RMC unit is very portable and compact which could be beneficial in some situations.
And while some would say that having a press is better than no press at all, others may not have any problem using their gun's lever, no matter how short or difficult it is to use.
Every gun is different and every person has their own strengths and handicaps.
If a person doesn't have a steady tabletop for a single press but wants to use one, then this unit may work for them.
If someone were in the field or inside of their car, then they could sit and use this on their lap easier than with a tabletop model.
And some guns don't have any lever attached to it.

I wouldn't have designed it with a screw, I would have made it with a lever so you could get a better feel of the pressures you were putting on the load, different pressures of loads fire differently. It's just the way my inventive mind works.

Thanks for your input

I know a guy who shaved down the plunger on his gun so that it only goes in about 1/8 of an inch into the chamber when he pushes down the loading arm fully...so that all his loads have the same amount of pressure and depth. He seems to have very consistent loads being hes a crack shot..he uses a specific amount of powder, card, lube disk and conical...and he says no matter what the same amount of seating pressure is always applied due to he pushes the plunger all the way down as far as it will go and it keeps the bullet about an 1/8 inch from the chamber mouth edge. All his bullets match perfectly in seating depth.
