Found a small flat rate box with range pick-up 243 brass, mixed headstamp. But reviewing this thread, I don't see where I offered these as pay-it-forward.

Anyone need these?
.

I do! My hunting buddy has just gotten a 243, and we're getting him into loading for it. But, we don't have a lot of brass and he can't really afford to buy much (he's pretty young, and has a kid on the way). We'd certainly appreciate it!

What does he need in the way of bullets? I have a pretty wide variety, but not a lot of any particular one.

While attempting to organize the chaos of my storage cabinet I found 2 boxes of 1x fired Rem 243 win brass and a partial box of Rem 243 win 100 grain Power points(11 rounds ) I also found a full box of 270 win 130 grain soft points(1974 vintage) just a a bit darkened but intact and undamaged. Any one wanting or needing PM me and I will send them gratis, Have no need for these items.
Thank you and have a nice day.

I might be able to help with this if I have the same bullets. I do have some 100 gr interlocks and 95 sst. I could add either if you have the same bullet.
I have a partial box (74 count) of what I am pretty sure are 100 gr. Interlocks. The box does not say "Interlock" on it, but they are 100-grain cannelured BTSP bullets, #2453. If that works, PM me the address to send it to and they'll be on their way in the morning.

Mine are the same. I have 75-80.
I just need an address.

Dang, I just gave away about 10 pounds of 243 brass a few months ago to the guy that put my roof on. I also gave him about 15 pounds of 270 brass. I may regret giving all of that away one day, but I didn’t have a need for it at the moment. I also gave another buddy about 5 pounds of 300 Blk brass around the same time.

The Bible speaks about giving cheerfully. It doesn't say how much to give. I am always trying to fill a need and I've been blessed in return. Both on a spiritual and monetary basis.
I see a lot of people in here who seem to live by the same code.

Same here. I don’t expect anything in return. In fact, I’ve turned down money on multiple occasions. I know that at some point someone will help me out when I’m in need of something. You know the old saying, “you get out what you put in”. That applies in more than one aspect of life.

Very true. My carburetor gave out when I was out on the panhandle of Oklahoma. The closest auto parts store was 30 miles away. A nice man gave me a ride and hung out while I swapped the carb. He refused money and said he had been helped in the past.
Our shooting sports aren't life and death generally. But they are necessary for sanity.

I would be interested in the 7mm-08

I will have to see what is in my scrounge pile that someone may need
Seedy Character; at the time (5th of July) no one asked for it so it went to the recycler. Still, this is all by memory. I'll double-check tomorrow to see if I still have the cases, or found more since then. After all, I thought I had recycled the 243 back in July also.
