So, I might as well complete the set-
I've had the 422 for years and its always been a favorite, very reliable and accurate. Found the 2206 a couple months back at the gunshow and it's living up to expectations as well.
Just scored the 622 and picked it up today-
As a quick recap, the 422 is blued with aluminum frame, the 622 uses stainless steel bits with aluminum frame, and the 2206 is all steel. The 2206 also has some amenities like an anti-glare front sight and trigger overtravel-stop.
This particular 622 is the "Sport" model, which pretty much just denotes replacement of the standard S&W micrometer rear sight with a simple (and rather cheesy) plastic block-
Compared to the 2206-
Though not exactly rare, this series doesn't fall off trees anymore and I was happy to fork over 3 bills for this one, cheap sight and all-
I mean, I had the manual anyway, right?
