Take a look at the slide stop for the Kahr on the left (2 piece) construction and now be so kind to flop the Poly Framed one over so we can see the construction of the Slide Stop on it please....and on a lighter note...

Surely someone that owns two Kars should be able to tell us how to detail strip a Kahr top end slide. Why do you refuse to answer the question? How do you clean up in there?...and on a lighter note...

I would like for you to tell me how to do it please since you own 2 Kahrs and surely you must clean them. Please tell us all how to take apart a Kahr top end since you even state it isn't very hard to do. Then lets see that photo of the Poly Kahr slide stop also please.
Frankly sir I don't believe much I read on several of this gun owner forums up to and including this one. My reason for being on here is to try and dispel the rumors and gossip with cold hard facts. Not many people like the facts though it kinda limits their BS with all due respect.

I have a personal disgust for Kahr Guns because I was called into court as an expert witness to explain how a cam action striker and difficult disassemble of the slide mechanism was responsible for a hang fire that led to a man shooting his wife when his Kahr misfired and he was inspecting it. I have also filed a complaint with the Consumer Product Safety Commission against Kahr.
The misspelling of Yugo got your attention didn't it!
In furtherance, I just called the attorney for the Plaintiff and he still has a copy of the settlement check from Kahr with Justin Moon's signature on it. He will not let me post it or I would in a heart beat.

A settlement check proves ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
A settlement basically pays the plaintiff to drop his lawsuit. It is not an admission of fault. It is often cheaper for the defendent to settle rather than pay lawyers. The reason your lawyer buddy won't allow you to post a pic of the check is because almost all out of court settlements are confidential. I'm sure Kahr would be pretty happy to know that the plaintiff's attorney is making it public knowledge that Kahr agreed to a settlement.
Really? I'm certain Kahr has made it clear that anything more than field stripping should be done by a Kahr certified armourer.
But you know that.

Kahr isn't the only manufacturer that couldn't sell their product in Mass. His beloved Glock is also on the list.
It's also designed by a Moonie according to the Kahr expert in Texas too.
maybe that's why other manufactures are allowed to sell their product in Moonie Land.....yeah think?
Wrong again the Boston PD issues Glock 19's. Has for several years now. I see the hat but I still can't see the cattle!

I'll make it easy for you.
As explained in the following link, certain guns (INCLUDING KAHR & Glock) appear on the Massachusetts "Approved Firearms Roster" BUT cannot be sold.
Handguns must meet the requirement of BOTH the 1998 Gun Control LAWS and 940 CMR Consumer Protection regulations. Some handguns are legal to sell under the regs only and some only under the laws. They must comply with BOTH to be legal to sell.
