I've been looking at these but don't know where to buy one. For the price you mentioned you didn't get it from Savage. Any thoughts on where to buy one?
RW that link leads to a post with the last post date of Jan 2010. Little out of date there bud
I've not used those guys yet but I hear nothing but praise for their work.I primarily deal with Scott Null at Savage Gunsmithing. If he doesn't have it, he can get it and at some very reasonable prices (Except his barrels are a little salty but still worth it) Not too many Smiths know their way around a savage as well as him and his crew.
