Astra Model .357

Can I have it?
Thanks for the chuckle.
Would you compare the trigger to S&W, DW, Ruger or Colt?
The SA is nice. Not as nice as some of my S&W's, but nicer than some others. Nicer than a stock Trooper Mk III. A touch better than the stock Ruger SS or GP-100. Nicer than my DW M-15-2.

The DA is as nice as anything I have. Ranks up there with old long action S&W's, smoothed up Redhwaks, and my stock "MIM" 696. Very smooth, consistent, and easy to know when it is going to let off.

All six cylinders lock up with ZERO movement side to side or front to back.

Of course, it is only one sample, but my Astra .44 action is very nice, although lock up has a tiny bit of play in both directions. More like most guns.

Ex duty revolvers

S&W Model 10-6 38 Special in nickel and a S&W Model 19 357 Magnum. S&W cuffs as well.

Thanks, mesinge2,,,Just a thread thin turn line on the cylinder after 27 years works for me. Got to love gun "owners".:D

I have not found an engraved S&W at anywhere near my budget, outstanding snag/save.

For anyone curious, I found the engraver's info. His name is George Turner from Cleveland, Ms. He is a WW2 vet and still engraving at 91 years of age.
