The amount of deflection amazed me . . . even so, I'm not in a hurry to buy any body armor made of foam-candy peeps.

So when does Cadbury start making a line of body armor?

The shot that amazed me was the slug was traveling nose up but still tracking about parallel to the board.

Peeps as body armor? Those things deflected the bullet more than milk-jugs! Must be 'cus they're sticky, or something

Looks like they were attached with nails/screws... I would imagine that would cause more deflection than the eggs/peeps themselves. Would be interesting to see how it would turn out if they were glued down instead...

After watching that, does anyone still believe that the traditionally preferred "brush gun" rounds don't suffer from deflection?

Exactly what I was thinking those nails were protruding fairly high up from the board.

One of the best uses Ive ever seen for for those horrid sweets.

The nails (look like 6 or 8P) might have had something to do with it.

For wojo's video, it looks like flame in the first glass bottle. What am I seeing? Vaporized booze and enough energy to cause ignition?

In any event, a waste of good bear and whiskey. Plus, what a mess with all the glass.

I always NEEDED a good use for those horribly over-sweet sweet "Peeps"...Now I HAVE ONE! ! ! !
