Got my Tavor out for some shooting, I'm impressed. Video

Can you shoot it left handed without the empty casing hitting your face?

Yes. In my review I go over shooting it left handed and I also include a clip of my wife shooting it left handed. Make sure to watch it in HD and you'll see the casings bouncing off her right shoulder but not hitting her face.

Good vid. I have to admit that I didn't watch it in its entirety. Triggers are always the Achilles heel of the bullpup. How's this one? It certainly is a good looking rifle.

Nice looking carbine. Good review. I enjoyed the video. Thanks for the heads-up.

It's good for a bullpup, I really don't have any complaints about it.

It will be easy to swap out trigger packs but at this point even when better ones come out, I doubt I'd change it.

once again great video prometheus, watched on another forum. I also have the FDE model and my shot groups are gettin better as gettin familiar with the trigger, but could only shoot up to 50y for now.

I got to handle one of these the other day for the first time.

Feels like a very solid gun to me with nice ergonomics, trigger felt like a typical bullpup but not horrible.

Definitely plan to buy one of these when I can get one for a decent price, wouldn't pay over $2k for one.

I received my 18" black Tavor this past Wednesday and I'm really thrilled with it. Its much lighter than my Steyr Aug 3 CQC NATO rifle. I've put a Leupold VXR 1x4 Firedot Circle reticle scope on it that was previously on the Aug 3. The Sparc RD is a great value scope and i have one on my DD AR 15, and i may get another Sparc or a Lucid HD7 Red Dot to put on the Aug 3. Bad weather this weekend kept me away from the range.

Very cool. Nice review. I have not been a bullpup fan, but this rifle may change that. I like what I see a lot.

I wouldn't say it's that bad Wally.

It's better than other bullpups IMO, it's something I wouldn't have to modify to be happy with.

I suspect that people who make a big deal about bullpup triggers have either never tried one, or have only tried "conversion stock" "bullpups".

I have a bullpup (a real one, not a stock that puts a standard receiver in an odd place) and the factory trigger is fine..as in "better than all but a few of the ARs I've encountered". Is it as good as my personal AR's trigger? No, but that"s a high (and expensive) standard to meet.

Does the Tavor destroy the brass the way the Galil does? As a reloader, that's a deal-breaker for me. I had a chance to buy back my pre-ban IMI Galil and could not bring myself to do it.

Thanks
