We criticize when CS is bad. I am here to tell you Ruger customer service is phenomenal. My LC9S had an issue where a topped off mag, be it the 7 or 9 round, the rounds would nose dive into the feed ramp. It did it times three mags with Speer GD, Hornady CD, and Fed HST. FMJ was hit and miss. They sent a pre-paid air bill and I received four phone calls bringing me up to date on what was going on with my LC9S while it was being worked on. I got three new mags and a polishing cloth back in the box. They ended up replacing springs and did work on the feed ramp. This experience was fantastic. I had similar with S&W customer service a couple years back on an issue I had with an M&P. Just wanted to express some kudos to a great CS experience.

On the subject of the LC9S. I am looking for an OWB holster to hold high and tight, preferably at 4:00 position. Goal is underneath lighter wear like t-shirts in Florida. I do not like IWB.

-thanks!

Easy Out by Triple K Holsters. Good holster at a great price. Love mine.

Agree with everything you said about Ruger CS. Had a minor issue with mags releasing on my LC9s. They turned my gun around in 4 days, has been perfect since.
