What is the last gun that you bought?

Last Gun Bought

Bersa Thunder .380 ACP, accidentally bought on Gun Broker for less than $200. I unintentionally was the low bidder. Really. Thought someone would outbid me. Nope! Never happened!:uhoh:

I have heard a lot of good things about the Bersa Thunder.
Hope they're right.
Not shot it yet.
Hope to soon.:)

Mossberg Patriot

Mossberg came out with a rifle to compete with the Axis and the American called the Patriot and I wanted to ring it out. One of my distributors finally got some in and I ordered a synthetic stocked 308. Nice looking rifle. It looks like they took the ATR action and fluted barrel of the MVP and fitted it with a nicely designed sporter stock. After cleaning and lapping the barrel with IOSSO I stuck a 3X9 Legend on it and headed for the range. It took 4 shots to get it zeroed with factory Remington Corlokts. 1 1/2" isn't too bad for a $300 rifle with it's first 5 rounds. It got better when I ran a couple of handloads with 165gr Accubonds on top of some IMR-4895. Two 5 shot groups measuring 7/8"-1 1/8".

The trigger has a little creep but breaks clean. The stock has nice lines and the forearm didn't feel as flimsey. I think I will order a walnut stocked 25-06. If it shoots like the 308 I may have a new deer rifle.

Christmas of 2013 I had Ron Williams of RMW Extreme build me a large frame Glock DDLES lower with a 10mm upper. 2 weeks ago I ordered a .45acp upper to go with it. I should have it any day.

Just picked up a used regular blued LCP for a very good price. 99% condition; original owner claims to have only fired 4 shots.

Mousegun... check.

In the past two weeks (I went crazy):

S&W M&P revolver .38 Special circa 1920s
S&W M&P revolver .38 Special circa 1930s
S&W M&P revolver .38 Special circa 1930s
S&W Hand Ejector 5th Model .32 Long circa 1920s
S&W Regulation Police .32 Long circa 1930s
S&W British Service Revolver .38 S&W circa 1940
S&W Model of 1917 .45 ACP circa 1918
S&W Model 10-8 .38 Special circa 1987

Two guns at the same time, both in near-mint condition:
CZ-82 and East German Makarov (markings confirmed at "Makarov.com").

Even though the CZ (82) is known to have an excellent trigger, even this E.G. Mak's trigger:), though it has a slightly heavier DA pull
than my new Sig 232, is just as smooth. What a surprise!
